Our Mission & Purpose

Welcome to the Georgia Egyptian Breeders’ Alliance (GEBA) website! This site is dedicated to a group of

individuals whose primary purpose is to guard the purity and future of the Arabian horses with Egyptian bloodlines, particularly those as defined by the Pyramid Society as "Straight Egyptian." Through

education, humane practices, and various resources, GEBA encourages and supports the breeder, amateur or professional, of the Egyptian Arabian, as well as the enthusiast, new or experienced, of the Arabian breed.  If you are interested in joining or have a question, please contact us by emailing info@georgiaegyptianbreeders.org for further information.

Text Box: GEBA Breeders Workshop, President Julie Nestor, of Night Diamond Arabians, hosted a Breeders Workshop, featuring Holly Reuter of Holly Arabians in Colorado.  A breeder of Straight Egyptian and Al Khamsa Egyptian Desert Arabian horses, Reuter educated the crowd of GEBA members and other interested attendees about the characteristics of the various strains, how to study pedigrees to eliminate unexpected surprises, how to breed for great results with imperfect horses, how to live with and manage a stallion, and how to increase sales with marketing tips and tricks.

Paradise and Scapa take Top Honors at 2011 Egyptian Event
Paradise Arabians' grey stallion, Scapa (Mishaal HP x Erie Anna), burst onto the scene as the sire to beat at the 2011 Egyptian Event! His foals began the week by winning the Get of Sire class for him, and his yearling son JLS Aayns El Reegis (x LPS Thunderstruck) capped off the show by unanimously winning the Junior Champion Colt Championship for his ecstatic owner Josh Heath!

The Singleton (Thee Desperado x Alia Riyala) continues to prove that he is a sire of amazing Egyptian Arabian foals as well. He had 5 Reserve Champion foals: Farid Al Jannat (x Respect Me) Sharif Al Jannat (x Seeta RCA), owned by Reba KardosRabbani Al Jannat (x Deevine Intervention) Kareem Al Jannat (x Lady Quintessa) Malikat Al Jannat (x Adeenah). The Singleton's foals won the Reserve Champion Get of Sire ribbon for him as well, just behind their stable mates, Scapa's foals!

Congratulations to all breeders and owners who showed and placed at the Event!
